Terms

The agreement between the operator of this site and the people who use it.

This document has not been written yet.

Everything below marked TODO-OWNER is a prompt for the operator of this site, not a statement of fact. It must be completed — with legal advice — before the product takes real traffic.

Who this agreement is between(do not skip)

  • TODO-OWNER The operator, matching the Imprint.

  • TODO-OWNER Who may hold an account — consumers, businesses, a minimum age.

  • TODO-OWNER When the agreement starts and how it is accepted.

What the service is(do not skip)

  • TODO-OWNER Describe what an account holder gets. (Today: building forms, publishing them at a public link, and reading the responses.)

  • TODO-OWNER What is explicitly not promised — availability, uptime, support response times, or the results of anyone's advertising.

What an account holder is responsible for(do not skip)

  • TODO-OWNER Keeping account credentials safe.

  • TODO-OWNER The content of their own forms, and the lawfulness of collecting what they ask for.

  • TODO-OWNER Their own relationship with the people who answer their forms — including telling them what happens to their answers.

What is not allowed

TODO-OWNER List the uses that are prohibited, and what happens when an account breaks the rules — warning, suspension, termination.

Price and payment

TODO-OWNER Pricing is published separately. Finalize subscription renewal, cancellation, applicable taxes, refunds, consumer rights and price-change notices before enabling paid checkout.

Content and ownership

  • TODO-OWNER Who owns the forms and the responses an account holder collects.

  • TODO-OWNER What licence, if any, the operator needs in order to run the service.

  • TODO-OWNER What happens to that content when an account ends.

Ending the agreement

TODO-OWNER How either side ends it, with what notice, and what happens to stored data afterwards — including any export window.

Liability

TODO-OWNER This is the section most likely to be wrong if it is copied from somewhere else. Have it drafted for this business, in the jurisdiction it operates in.

Governing law and jurisdiction

TODO-OWNER Name the applicable law and the competent courts, and say what stays untouched for consumers.

Changes to these terms

TODO-OWNER How changes are announced, how much notice is given, and the date this version took effect.
